Terms & Refunds

Placing your order

Orders must be placed by 6:00pm the day before delivery. Payment is taken securely online at checkout.

Because our food is freshly prepared to order, all purchases are final once an order has been placed. We are unable to accommodate returns, cancellations, or refunds if you change your mind.

Delivery

We currently cater to delivery addresses (postcodes) within 1 km of Wendell Park in Shepherd’s Bush, West London. 

Deliveries are made between 11:30am and 1:00pm. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order, as we cannot leave food unattended. We are unable to offer redelivery or refunds if no one is available to receive your order during the delivery window.

Order issues

We hope you enjoy our food! If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us at hello@beebeescircle.com within 24 hours so we can look into it and find a solution, which may include a replacement or a refund.
