Allergens

We prepare our food fresh to order in small batches in a single kitchen environment that handles multiple allergens. While every care is taken to minimise cross-contact, we cannot guarantee any product is 100% allergen-free.

Specific details regarding the 14 statutory UK allergens are provided for each menu item on our Order page prior to purchase. Relevant allergen information is also clearly indicated on the physical label attached to your food packaging upon delivery.

Storage

Our food is prepared fresh to order. For best quality, our food should be consumed as soon as possible after delivery.

Storage requirements vary depending on the nature of the product:

Lunch bowls: Should be transferred immediately to a refrigerator and kept at 5°C or below upon delivery.

Loaf cakes: Storage conditions vary depending on the type of cake and recipe.

Please always check the physical label attached to your food packaging for exact storage guidance and date marking.
